Steph Ramsey, President of High Octane Marketing, attended the Pacific Coast Motorsports Champ Car Atlantic Press Event on January 30th. The event was held at the Hard Rock Cafe at Universal City Walk where PCM drivers Frankie Muniz and Carl Skerlong were in attendance to answer questions and unveil their new Champ Car Atlantic vehicles.
